Container desiccants are used to protect goods from moisture inside a container. We use two different kinds of container desiccants; gel and liquid water. The active ingredient for both categories is calcium chloride. Calcium chloride is friendly on the environment and on those who use the products. It has an outstanding capacity to absorb moisture from the surrounding air.

AbsorGel® Blanket

AbsorGel® Blanket is based on the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. The absorbed water is bound into a gel so that no liquid water is formed, which prevents leakage. It starts working as soon as it is removed from its sealed packaging. It can be placed on top of the cargo or pallets. A film of recyclable PE plastic ensures that the moisture cannot escape below.

Suitable for:

  • For tightly packed containers
  • When no lashing rings are available
  • Works in all industries
