Absortech at a glance

Ever since we were founded in Sweden in 1996, we have been driven by innovation. Initially, by developing desiccants based on calcium chloride as the absorbing agent. Recently, and increasingly important, we have developed a toolbox of services outlining which measures to take to prevent moisture damage.

Absortech challenges outdated practices by offering data-driven insights, practical tools, and measurable results, helping companies move from reactive responses to proactive protection. Our aim is to provide cost-effective solutions for moisture damage prevention, in the smartest and most responsible way.

Correct use of desiccants reduces environmental impact by decreasing product scrapping and avoiding unnecessary pre- or re-work. This directly supports our vision of eliminating waste in cargo supply chains through innovative moisture damage prevention.

In parallel, we have made significant progress in minimizing the carbon footprint of products in the AbsorRange™, with third-party validated data supporting our lifecycle assessments.

Today, Absortech is a truly global company. This means we can offer our products from seven Absortech locations or via our global network of partners and distributors. Furthermore, a solid solution requires being present at both the departure and the arrival harbors, and this makes us the ideal partner for larger corporations.
