We are currently looking for a new Operations Manager to join our head office in Falkenberg, Sweden.

About the role of Operations Manager

This is a key role within our organization, offering the opportunity to take on broad operational responsibilities in a value-driven company with a strong sustainability focus and international reach. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to contribute to our continued development and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will lead and develop the areas of Supply Chain, Production, Logistics, Quality, and Customer Service. You will be responsible for optimizing the entire value chain from purchasing to delivery, while driving lean initiatives and supporting the digitalization of operations. Ensuring compliance with manufacturing and logistics regulations, as well as maintaining high quality standards, will be a key part of your responsibilities.

You will also build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and lead contract negotiations.

Furthermore, you will develop and monitor KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, and support the CEO in translating the company’s strategy into concrete goals and operational activities.

Your profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in Supply Chain/Operations, preferably from a manufacturing company.
• An academic background in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in leading and developing teams in an international environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic abilities combined with hands-on drive.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Swedish is a merit.
