Absortech at FachPack 2019

Each year approximately 500 billion USD worth of goods does not reach the end-user because it is damaged during transport. This is a waste of resources with a negative impact on profit and on the sustainability of a company. One of the main causes of damages is an excess of moisture during storage or transportation of the goods in containers. During international transport adequate protection from moisture damages becomes as important as good packaging.

An excess of moisture without the proper protection could lead to container rain and to well-known damages such as peeling labels, corrosion, damaged packaging, presence of bugs, bad smell to name a few.

To increase awareness of this problem and show how Absortech’s solution can help companies to avoid it, Absortech will be at FachPack 2019 from the 24th to the 26th of September in Nuremberg, Germany.
