Absortech affirms commitment as UN Global Compact Signatory

October 2022 marks Absortech’s 6 years as a signatory to the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative that aims to bring businesses together to advance the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Absortech recently published its 2022-2023 Communication on Progress report, which includes the actions taken by  the company during the last year and the actions the company will do in the following period to integrate the Global Compact and its principles into Absortech’s business strategy, culture and daily operations.

The main described strategic actions for the next 12 months will be:

• Continue auditing the suppliers to evaluate their efforts in quality, environment, and social responsibility and ensure they comply with the Absortech Code of Conduct.
• Repeat internal training within the Absortech Code of Conduct for all employees of the Group.
• Continue innovating in our products to reduce their environmental impact.
• Make environmental responsibility the main topic in our promotions and focus on the climate impact savings on our moisture damage prevention solutions.
