New Code of Conduct for Absortech

Absortech Group has published a new Code of Conduct reflecting the core values and company culture that will ensure sustainable business practices.  

The new Code has been approved by the Executive Team and replaces the previous. It is based on the UN Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Global Compact, ILO Principles of Rights at Work, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the Absortech Group Policy for Sustainability, Quality, and Environment, and it supplements applicable law and external regulations. 

The Code is a practical guideline that will serve to define how Absortech employees act on a day-to-day basis. But the updated Code is also a guide for Absortech’ business partners and suppliers, and it will be incorporated into agreements with our partners and suppliers. 

 The Code is binding for all employees in the countries where Absortech operates.
