Absortech Vietnam is a reality

It’s a pleasure to announce that Absortech Vietnam is formally up and running as 100% subsidiary of the Absortech Group.

For the last 15 years, Absortech has been in close partnership with the company Hoang Mai, managed by Lilian Tran. Both parties have agreed on joining forces under Absortech Vietnam, with Lilian Tran as the Managing Director. Absortech Vietnam will operate from Ho Chi Minh City.

With a fully blown Absortech company present in Vietnam we can support the export industry in Vietnam as well as acting as a bridgehead for overseas importers who would like to put in place rigid (moisture damage safe) solutions for their imported cargo.

Rikard Kanmert, Absortech Group CEO says: “With a recent FTA (free trade agreement) with EU, referred to being “the most modern, comprehensive and ambitious agreement ever concluded between the EU and a developing country”, signed in February 2020, the timing for this establishment is great. With its industrial spread over multiple industrial segments and forecasted annual growth levels of double digits, Vietnam is a country where Absortech would like to be to support the export industry. And to grow this new company with Lilian as MD provides us with the highest level of comfort!”
