AbsorGel® Sheet, the new addition to AbsorRange

We have launched a new product that fills a gap in the moisture protection industry. AbsorGel® Sheet has been specially designed to protect large items from inside of the crate or packaging. Traditionally, moisture protection of large items, like machinery or vehicle parts, has been based on protecting the container environment with large desiccants or inside boxes with multiple smaller bags.

The new AbsorGel® Sheet saves time when loading and maximizes protection from moisture damage with its large pouch design. Installing the AbsorGel® Sheet is fast and easy. It is installed by placing a single unit on top of the item to be protected inside the box or crate.

AbsorGel® Sheet has been designed as a flexible product. It can easily be adjusted in production to fit a specific space and need.  It is currently available in 3×2 square and 3×3 square combinations.

With the launch of AbsorGel® Sheet, we respond to the demand of companies transporting items with odd dimensions. AbsorGel® Sheet ensures those products are correctly protected from moisture damages such as corrosion or mould and mildew.

Dimensioning & Availability

The quantity of AbsorGel® Sheet needed for optimal protection will vary depending on several factors. To determine the proper amount of desiccants needed, Absortech recommends that customers use AbsorDim™, Absortech’s dimensioning service.

AbsorGel® Sheet belongs to the Product family AbsorGel®; high-quality desiccants using Calcium Chloride as the active moisture absorbing compound and a startch as the binding ingredient.

The AbsorGel® Sheet product is available worldwide thanks to the well established international network of Absortech sales offices, warehouses and certified AbsorPartners.
