Container desiccants are used to protect goods from moisture inside a container. We use two different kinds of container desiccants; gel and liquid water. The active ingredient for both categories is calcium chloride. Calcium chloride is friendly on the environment and on those who use the products. It has an outstanding capacity to absorb moisture from the surrounding air.

AbsorGel® Compact

AbsorGel® Compact is based on the proven ability of calcium chloride to aggressively remove moisture from the air. The absorbed water is bound into a gel so that no liquid water is formed.

It starts working as soon as it is removed from its sealed packaging. It should be hanged from the lashing rings below the container ceiling. Easy to install and remove, due to the AbsorHook System.

Suitable for:

  • Tightly packed cargo close to container ceilings and walls
  • Works for all kinds of products in all industries

AbsorGel Compact is a single-use product and can be disposed as regular waste. The calcium chloride and gelling agents are non-toxic and the polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) plastics are recyclable.
